Fire Industry Charity Ball
September 2009
More than 260 people had a wonderful time at the "Fire Industry
Charity Ball" at the Portman Hotel in London dancing to "X Factor" star
Nichole and the Big Man's Band. Many guests described it as "the best
ever" Ball - which raised a record £34,000.
50% of the proceeds will go to "The Fire Fighters Charity", 25% to the "Firefighters Memorial Charitable
Trust" and the remaining 25% is for our own WCoFF Charitable Trust.
Our grateful thanks go the organising team, particularly to Ball Organiser, Liveryman Bryan Spearman and
to Past Master Viv Jones for securing industry sponsorship for the event.
