Award made at St Florian’s Installation Banquet
At the annual St. Florian’s Installation Banquet, Professor David Bland, Master, presented an
award to the International Search and Rescue team that was deployed to Haiti after it had been
ravaged by earthquakes in January this year.
The award was received by Neil Fritzsche from Lincolnshire Fire Service on behalf of all the
Search and Rescue teams from 7 different fire services that took part in the arduous and often
grim tasks of searching and trying to recover people buried under the rubble. Full story and
