
Annual Christingle service a heartwarming success for emergency services families
Bedfordshire Fire and Rescue Service and Bedfordshire Police hosted their annual joint family Christingle service on Saturday (13 December) at St Mary’s church in Woburn.
The festive event was attended by more than 250 people, including service families and children, retired officers and local dignitaries. Cadets from both services read prayers and readings, and the Archdeacon of Bedford shared the significance of Christingle with the help of children who attended.
