The Lightmongers Company

Courtesy of the Lightmongers Company the Mistress Firefighter Lesley Mansfield recently had the somewhat unnerving experience of having lunch with Queen Elizabeth 1st. Gloriana spoke about her reign and many of the characters she knew such as Shakespeare, Drake and Raleigh. Afterwards she even posed for portraits which, she remarked, happened much faster now than anything Hans Holbein ever managed.
