Child Safety Week Events

Child Safety Week EventsChild Safety Week (4 – 10 June) is held every year and Bedfordshire Fire and Rescue Service are attending free family events at Luton Library, St. George’s Square, between 10am to 2pm on Thursday, 7 June and Inspire Luton Sports Village, Butterfield Green, between 8.30am and 12.30pm on Saturday, 9 June.

We will be joining in the fun and providing parents with information to help them keep their children safe from the dangers of water, fire, on the roads and other risks. These events give parents the opportunity to discuss safety matters with a range of services as well as the Fire and Service.

These events are organised by Luton ‘Safe at Home’, a child accident prevention service delivered through a local multi-agency partnership led by Flying Start & Bedfordshire Pre-School Learning Alliance in association with Public Health and Bedfordshire Fire & Rescue Service.
